When you feel stuck in life, it’s easy to wake up every morning feeling anxious and overwhelmed by the day ahead.

As someone once diagnosed with ADHD, I felt completely lost, like I was running in circles headed nowhere. My to-do list, if I managed to make one, never seemed to get any shorter. 

That is, until I started asking this question:

What’s the ONE, single, most important thing I get to do today, that if I get it done, then it’s been a good day?

It’s what I call your SMP, or your single-minded purpose. 

Now you can ask yourself this question and get an answer from your thinking mind, and that can be helpful… 

Or, even better, you can ask in automatic writing and get beyond your thinking mind, and get answers from a higher intelligence with more wisdom.

Let me explain…

The thinking mind is almost always asking out of fear, at least until you get it under control. And answers born out of fear, simply keep you stuck in life.

Meanwhile your automatic writing is coming from somewhere else, call it above, or from deep inside, or your angels and guides, but it’s coming from a place that knows you better than you know yourself, and already has all the answers. It can see the big picture! 

When you allow yourself to be guided by this wisdom, you couldn’t possibly stay stuck, no matter how hard you tried!

So, when you go into the Automatic Writing Experience (AWE), and ask for your SMP, you get simple, easy-to-follow guidance for the day ahead. It has you breathing easier, far less stressed, and keeps you out of the overwhelm. 

And little by little, one day at time, you find yourself on a path headed for freedom.

In today’s over-stimulating world, having guidance and direction, keeping you out of overwhelm and moving you towards your goals, seems pretty AWEsome to me!

    Hello Bright and Shiny Beacons of Light!

    Outside my door, just beyond my crowing rooster (again, a story for another beautiful day!) I have the most beautiful, yellow Tesla, with shiny gold wheels.

    Now I don’t share this with you to boast about my car, for it’s not the possessions that matter most, but to boast about my license plate, for it says WOOHOO8.

    What in the world is Woo Hoo 8? It’s a manifestation process you’ll learn in the Automatic Writing Experience (AWE) to improve your life and attract your desires in 8 specific categories. For myself, I’ve wanted an electric car ever since I was a kid, driving golf-carts at my summer golf-course job.

    I put it on my vision boards, asked for it meditation and prayer, watched and rewatched The Secret, but it wasn’t until I began practicing the Woo Hoo 8 in AWE, that I began drawing it into my life.

    For working in AWE, is playing powerfully on the other side of the veil. Perhaps you’ve heard of the hypnagogic state, made famous by visionary masters such as Neville Goddard and Emile Coue?

    It’s a state where you’re half here, and half not, where all dreams are possible. The more you play in this state, the more you can draw anything into your life. A new home, car, job, career, partner, the sky truly is the limit…even a shiny yellow Tesla, yes, even with gold wheels–okay, I love that part!

    When Jessica and I wanted to grow our business, we brought it to AWE. 

    When we wanted to move to Colorado, we brought it to AWE as well. We used the Woo Hoo 8 to envision our dream home, high up in the hills, with incredible views, trails and animals all around, and such incredible peace. And then we found ourselves there!

    There’s an expression in the bible and in hermetic wisdom (far, far earlier) that says “as above so below”. That means that what you create in the hypnagogic state, or on the other side of the veil, you’ll draw into your reality here.

    And that’s just what you learn how to do through Automatic Writing. You learn how to create your future on the page right before you, and literally draw it into existence.

    And when you have that car, that home, that lifestyle, a newfound partner, peace or the health that’s always eluding you, you’ll understand just why it’s called AWE.

    For we want to know if we’re on path, on track, and what’s most important for the day, oh, yeah, and are there any surprises coming my way we should know about!

    I’m sure Jessica’s also asking about a future baby, where we get to live next, how to find more time in our lives, and even how in the world did we get here…for we’re surprisingly out by Joshua Tree, California.

    Perhaps the most important thing we get is courage and support, for the day ahead.

    Beyond that, we get lessons, and to me, that’s just as important as answers to my questions. Perhaps even more so!

    For I want to understand everything, why I’m here, the meaning of life, what I get to teach–yes, all of my classes come straight out of AWE.

    And so every day I ask, What’s the one most important thing I need to know? Sure, it may be work related, or about our relationship, but most importantly, it’s helping me to understand myself better, my life, and where I’m going. 

    And on a deep, soul, spiritual level–it’s like getting a PhD in understanding you and the Universe.

    And that’s what Jessica’s getting too. 

    For when you understand why you’re here, and where you get to go, life gets a LOT easier.

    And especially knowing you’re not alone.

    For we want to know if we’re on path, on track, and what’s most important for the day, oh, yeah, and are there any surprises coming my way we should know about!

    The year was 2014, my wife Jessica and I were lost, she was sick, I was healing, and we were deeply, deepy alone.

    No matter what we tried to do, things weren’t working out, and soon, we’d be kicked out of our dream home, and have to leave Maui, perhaps for good.

    But all was not lost. For soon-after, I discovered automatic writing, and found a process that gave me answers, peace, and a sense of connection.

    And the first thing I heard, you are not alone, you are loved, and all is okay.

    I needed to hear these words more than anything else.

    And you too, my friend, are not alone, and everything is, and will be okay.

    Once I dove into automatic writing, I found my guides, angels, and a guardian angel named Maximillion. He’s a lion. But most of all, I found I wasn’t alone, couldn’t be alone, and never would be alone again, from that moment forward.

    And now, each day, I speak with my guides, they cheer me on, give me direction, and I have a non-judgmental voice I can go to with all of my challenges, and get answers…and the support I need to step forward, even when the going gets tough. 

    I discovered I don’t need to have all the answers because I am fully supported and guided all the time. Through the AWE process you will learn how to access this guidance and so much more.

    If you’re feeling isolated or alone, you’ll never feel so again, once you connect to AWE. 

    For your guides are waiting, ready to cheer you on and be by your side (well, technically, they’re always here, we just need a means to communicate with them), all you need to do is–dive in–in AWE.

    People always ask: What’s the difference between journaling and automatic writing?
    

    

    It’s an awesome question, for there’s a huge difference.
    

    

    Journaling’s a first-person operation, coming from the egoic or thinking mind, or as the title from the last Beetle’s song ever declared, “I, Me, Mine.” 
    

    

    Don’t get me wrong, journaling’s awesome, but it won’t get you out of any binds that your mind created.
    

    

    Conversely, Automatic Writing, or AWE (Automatic Writing Experience) is coming from a 2nd person perspective, from spirit, your inner wisdom, your higher self, guides or even angels (if you believe in them).
    

    								
    
				
    
				
    
				
    
																														
    
				
    
				
    
				
    
									
    

    Journaling says, “I did this, I want that, I, I, I…” While Automatic Writing says, “You are loved, all is okay, you will be fine, here’s what you need to do. Or here’s where you get to go.”
    

     
    

    So while journaling helps you document your challenges, and heal wounds by bringing them up, it can’t give you guidance on where to go. That takes something outside of the thinking mind–and that’s where AWE shines.
